Classes for Fall
Already?! Well, some people like to plan ahead, and it’s not a bad idea to start thinking now of what classes you might be interested in.
Regular Wednesday night classes, open to everyone, are
- September 7-October 5 – “Song of the Grass Hut,” taught by Fumyo
- October 12-November 30 – Foundational Teachings, taught by Gyokuko and Kengan
In addition, Jyoshin will teach an advanced study group on Ceremonies: Beyond Choreography every other Wednesday (at the same time as regular Wednesday classes) beginning September 7. More information and updates on this and other classes can be found on the Classes page.
The fall seminary class, which requires registration (not yet up online) and tuition, will be Buddhist View of the Body, taught by Jiko and Yoan. It begins September 6, and continues on Tuesdays until November 22.
Also, the fall Term Student program dates have been set: September 17, October 15, and November 19.
