Ango Ends
Each fall and spring we have a period of increased practice known as Ango. We begin sitting earlier in the morning and add a mid-day sitting as well. Many of our seminary classes and Term Student classes fit within an Ango period. In the summer and winter, the schedule is looser. In summer term, June 1 through August 31, morning sitting begins at 6:30am, and the mid-day sit disappears. There are no Wednesday evening classes, though a Wednesday evening program (Evening Service, Zazen, Vespers, sometimes with a discussion) does happen. Watch the schedule for particulars.
