In zazen, we cultivate the habit of noticing our thoughts and feelings without clinging. In our practice, we’re encouraged to engage in life wholeheartedly, and drop our opposition to things just as they are. In this week’s discussion, Annen will consider how we work with non-clinging, non-opposition, and wholehearted engagement in our daily lives. Please bring your thoughts and examples!
August 24 –  Reiju and Ko’in: The Dharma of Pronouns (DEI)
