This is the second part of the all-day workshop in two parts (plus pre- and post-assignments), which covers ethics; team leadership skills; dynamics of power; diversity, equity, inclusion issues; mentoring and apprenticeship methods, and more. Both parts are required. Students must have either completed the five core Seminary classes or have been enrolled in Seminary since 2017 or before. See last year’s Syllabus. Will be updated for this year, but should be similar.
The workshop will be held in person on campus (strongly preferred – the workshop will likely be small), with a Zoom option for those who are unable to attend otherwise. See our guidelines for how to attend in person – i.e., everyone wears a mask, maintains distance, sanitizes hands on entering the building, etc. (This may change by July.)
