The Open Gate (DEI) Committee is hosting a forum on inclusion at DRZC, and also providing a light buffet lunch.

This is a safe space where people can ask questions and speak from the heart in a conversation about inclusion. Some questions to look at include:

• What is inclusion?
• What makes inclusion easy for you? What makes it hard?
• What does it mean to belong?
• Do you feel that you have a voice?

There are many more questions, and we will not attempt to answer them all. We hope you will join us in exploring this important topic. The forum is free to attend with no registration  required.
