Mindfulness in Daily Life
After the beautiful experience of sesshin people often ask what now? How do we bring this into our everyday life? By cultivating mindfulness one brings together the richness of the teachings and the reality of our life. It is the groundwork for change and deeper understanding of the teachings. It goes beyond just paying attention or breathing deeply in the moment. Learn what Buddhist ancestors have to teach us about this rich practice that brings alive our heart and mind as we meet ourself and the myriad beings without the reactivity of habitual patterns.
The classes this fall are part 1 of a 3 part series on mindfulness that is focused on practice and is in conjunction with monthly Days of Mindfulness to help support you. This class requires that you already have an established meditation practice and basic understanding of the teachings.
The class is being taught by Flying Fish and Zonnyo. Zoom link will be provided after registration.
